Terms, Prices and Conditions
Booking Form:
i. Group name or group leader: This will be the name of the head person or a name for your charter group.
ii. Each individual guest will need to fill out a booking form.

Charters:

i. Charter rates: On request

The cabin arrangement is as follows: (See plan of Oasis):
For "crewed" charter:
Cabin 3: One double bunk and one single bunk
Cabin 4: One double bunk
Cabin 11: One double bunk and one single bunk

For "Captain only" charter:
The above plus:
Cabin 7: One cabin with two single bunks

Payment:
i. All payments at this time in U.S. funds preferably by wire transfer, (or if necessary, PAYPAL). Or if UK based, then again, cheque or wire transfer in the UK.
ii. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of the initial booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
iii. Final balance of payment must be made no less than 6 weeks prior to sail date.
iv. Charters booked within 6 weeks of the sailing date must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Refunds:
i. If a charter is canceled due to the fault of "Sail Oasis Charters" then a full refund will be made.
ii. If a charter is canceled due to bad weather then a 75% refund will be made. 
iii. Charter cancellations made in excess of 30 days prior to the sailing date will forfeit the deposit. (If you re-schedule your charter for another time, then all payments will be carried over to the new booking).
iv. Charter cancellations made within 30 days of the sailing date will forfeit 50% of the charter fee.
v. Charter cancellations made within 14 days of the sailing date will forfeit 75% of the charter fee.
vi. Charter fees that have been paid in full will be non-refundable for a "No Show".

Travel Documents:
i. Primary travel document to be be a valid, (IN DATE & SIGNED), passport.

Travel Arrangements for 2013/14: (Unless otherwise specified:)
i. Passengers will need to arrange their own flights to Grenada or St Vincent, for the Grenadines itinerary
ii. Charters generally run from noon on the starting date, until noon of the ending date. Charters can run from any day of the week and finish on any day of the week, subject to availability with previously booked charters.

For a "Crewed Charter Option", your charter fee will give you:
i) Three meals a day plus snacks/fruits etc
ii) Complimentary bottled water throughout
iii)Rum punches at "sundowners"
iv) Wine with dinner
v) Port fees included

Fuel costs are additional to the charter fee. Main engine rated at 6 gallons diesel per hour of use, (economical steaming) 10 gallons per hour (full power)
Generator is rated at 1 gallon per hour of use.
Tenders: Depends on usage 

If you require additional soft drinks/alcohol/liquors/beers/mixers etc. then you can either purchase it on arrival, or send me a list of your requirements and it will be purchased for you. This will be billed to you at cost price only.

For the "Captain only charter":
You will have the yacht and the skipper only, and all other costs would be to the guests, for food and beverages, fuel, port fees etc...

Generator is rated at 1 gallon per hour of use.
Tenders: Depends on usage 


Miscellaneous:
i. It is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance for your trip.
ii. Electricity: The yacht has 12v/24v/110v/220v supplies.
iii. No children under the age of 5. (Unless by prior arrangement)
iv. Liability releases for all water activities will be required.
v. Gratuities are accepted. 15% of the full fare cost is suggested as a guideline if you have enjoyed yourself!
vi. Passengers have free use of the 'toys' on the yacht. (Snorkel equipment, fishing gear, tube etc.).
vii. The captain's word is final on all matters concerning yacht operations, itinerary and safety.
